Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment in our spaces. We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy their experience without disruption. The easiest way to do this is to treat people how you want to be treated.
For those who prefer long form, we have outlined the following code of conduct:
Be respectful: Treat others with kindness and consideration. Refrain from making negative comments about a person's gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion.
Respect personal boundaries: If someone asks you to stop any form of contact, whether verbal or physical, please comply immediately.
Maintain a safe space: Do not share or display graphic images in public spaces. Avoid intimidating, stalking, or following others.
Respect privacy: Refrain from taking photos or recording others without their consent.
Minimize disruptions: Please avoid sustained disruptions during talks or other events that may distract or hinder the experience of others.
Keep interactions appropriate: Inappropriate physical contact or unwelcome attention is not acceptable.
Discourage harmful behavior: Do not advocate for or encourage any of the behaviors mentioned above.
Prohibited items: For the safety of everyone, weapons and illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the event venues at all times.
Every person in a WYLDMYND space is required to adhere to this code of conduct. Our staff will enforce this code throughout the week. We kindly ask for your cooperation in creating a safe environment for all.
If you experience any form of harassment during our events, please speak with someone at the Concierge desk.
