Take a Beat is what we’re calling “a modern love-in” - a place for peace and joy and community and playfulness.

We’ll start with some peaceful beats in the form of a sound bath and intention setting, move into some lush beats with a performance by the incomparable Tomo Nakayama, and round it out by dropping some groovy beats with a DJ dance party and creative activities.
